ABOUT THE BOOK

Seeing Changes is the story of a group of young people who made the life-changing decision to seek help when life itself became too much to bear. It’s also the story of the people who have made it their life’s mission to support young people. And it’s the story of British craftsmanship and the industrial heritage of Walthamstow.

JC Candanedo is a Queer, Catalan-Panamanian socially-engaged Visual Artist based in the UK. He uses photographic processes to work with people and communities to investigate issues of Identity and Migration, inviting the viewer to reflect on where they both intersect. He’s passionate about using the visual arts to encourage Social Transformation.
